Meetings & Information

Planning Meetings for our annual Hanover Harvest Festival are held at the Hanover City Hall at 6:30pm on the third Month of the month (January through July). Anyone interested volunteering for the Festival is invited to attend the meeting.

If you are interested but can not make the meeting you can send us an email to the  Festival Co-Chair.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Festival Set-Up: Friday August 3, 2018 starting at 9am - Settler's Park.

Information Booth:  Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 8am - 10pm - Settler's Park.                                                                                             (2 hour volunteer time slots)

Parking Attendent:  Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 7am - 5pm - City Hall Parking Lot.                                                                           (2 hour volunteer time slots)

EuroBungee Money Collection:  Saturday, August 4, 2018 from Noon - 4pm                                                                           (2 hour volunteer time slots)

Festival Clean-Up: Saturday, August 4, 2016 4:30-6:30pm and 10:30pm-12:30am
