The Hanover Idol Contest is back again this year!!!  The contest will take place on the main stage in Settlers Park, and start at 1:30pm.  There will be a brief break from 3:30pm until 4pm, but the talent display will resume once again and a winner will be crowned at the conclusion of the contest.

There will be 2 contestant categories - kids up to age 12, and ages 12 to adult.  Entry fees are $3 for kids and $5 for ages 12 and above.  Registration is limited and will conducted on a first come, first served basis.  The only way to sign up is in person on Saturday, August 1st at the Settlers Park stage area.

This event is graciously sponsored by Cornerstone Vision of St. Michael, and will be run by Bob Pingree.  Choose your song carefully from the thousands of titles available, and be ready to be judged by this years' panel of judges.  All contestants will be judged on the same criteria to insure parity.

There will be Cash prizes for the top 2 singers in each age category, and the winners will also get their picture taken and posted at the Cornerstone Vision office in St. Michael.
