The contents of this section are intended for use by Hanover Harvest Festival committee and board members, event coordinators and volunteer staff.


Harvest Festival Planning Meetings are scheduled monthly, and here is the next meeting date:

Our wrap up meeting will be held August 17th at 6:30pm - Lions Shelter near City Hall.

We will have a pot luck dinner, so bring something to share.  Beverages, plates and utensils will be provided.

Make sure and bring your wrap up work sheet to hand in, and please wear your Event Staff shirts (additional shirts will be available if you did not receive yours the day of the festival).  The wrap up worksheet will help us decide on what next year holds for the Hanover Harvest Festival!

Again a BIG THANKS to all of you.  Any positive comments that we hear are because of each and every one of you, and all the time and effort you put in making this festival so successful!!

If you have not done so, please download the event worksheet and return it to Abby Peterson after filling it out. Use the form to request any additional resources, specify power requirements and request funding for your event.

Also, your event has either already been published on this web site, or will be published very soon. Any details you can supply to aid with the content of your event web page will be very helpful - even if it has already been posted!
